pancakes

Gluten-Free Pancakes


ingredients:

1 cup rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix it altogether. Add additional milk and/or flour until you get the consistency that you want for pancakes. Keep in mind they are generally going to be thin.

For waffles add mashed bananas, batter will be thicker.


This is another recipe my husband came up with.
