Namaste Brownie Mix

* Possibly my best contribution to this site
* I am not one to do much from scratch
* SO worth the $7 price tag
* flaky top, fudgy throughout

Introducing:

Yay! I love you gals and this blog! I feel so bad for my husband and son who are allergic to gluten, wheat, and dairy. They always have to eat something different than the rest of us.....now becuz of this blog we can all eat the same healthy, tasty food! I don't have a lot of time to get creative with gluten-free meals so I'm so grateful for this blog! Thank you!
***oh and I saw this brownie mix before but always wondered if it would really be good....glad to hear it is!

Laura-I hated having to make 2 seperate dinners too, so I can totally understand your pain! Creativity in the kitchen is hard to find when dinnertime comes so quickly. Thanks for checking in with us!
Liz-That's it, I'm going to break down and buy a box. Great picture!

laura- glad to assit! ;-)

Sometimes I get sick of gf noodles and might make both for dinner so Zane and I can eat regularly once in a while (cost effective too).

The good news it seems a lot of things tend to be gf AND dairy free! I don't envy that combo one bit.

It will start to feel like second nature soon enough.

I am sure you know about Baby Cakes bakery in NYC. I saw the girl make some recipes on Martha's show, so some of the recipes are on Martha's site. I think one was a brownie or cupcake. I am sure you already know about it, but it supposedly won lots of taste awards...I am curious myself to try it out. Love this site!
