Gluten-Free Baked Beans
1 lb. bacon, cut in 1/2 inch wide strips
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups BBQ sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 T chili powder
1/4 cup worchestershire
1 family size can of pork and beans
1 T mustard
optional: 1lb pork sausage or 1 lb diced pork roast
Combine and simmer at least 4 hours.

I love this recipe. It makes a ton, which are good for leftovers. You can't really go wrong when you use that much brown sugar, can you?
