This is my mother's recipe. It's just not summer without deviled eggs.
Gluten-Free Deviled Eggs
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
green olives with pimento, sliced
Mix egg yolks (discard one) with next 5 ingredients. Refill egg halves. Top with olives and paprika.
