Smoothies
1 cup frozen strawberries, chopped
2 bananas, chopped
1 cup yogurt or vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk (I prefer them thicker and only use 1/2 cup)
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency enjoy.
