Lipton Onion Potatoes



1 envelope of dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 medium size potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Chop potatoes into large chunks. Put in a bowl and stir with soup mix and oil. Pour into 9x13 baking pan, bake for 35 minutes.

you know what I love about pretty much all the recipes that you post? Is that all the ingredients are so darn ACCESSABLE! Every other GF recipe book I have seems to think that going gluten free suddenly means that you become a gourmet food afficianado, and quite frankly- that's not me... so thanks for that! :) I'm making the German Potato Salad as a side dish for my daughters upcoming birthday cookout...

Another tip for gluten free:
I love (OOps loved...)cookies and cakes. The gluten free cookies tried hard to be the same as wheat based cookies, but they just weren't the same. They weren't satisfying that craving.

Now, I'm excited. I tried the cinnamon Chex cereal and it makes a wonderful crunchy snack! I eat it by the handful right out of the box! Simple, good tasting, no effort, and I can afford it! I've really missed that.
